Job description

  • Specification and design of innovative and complex communications systems in the military domain (multiple customers)
  • Leading negotiations with external customers and partners and providing technical contributions to quotations
  • Capturing and transforming customer requirements into technical system solutions
  • Holistic view of the communications system architecture deriving use cases, functional chains and interfaces
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, product / project management, R&D)
  • Planning and execution of verification, validation, and acceptance strategy in consultation with customers
  • Ensuring installed performance at the customer's site

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Completed studies in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, telecommunications or similar

  • Proven experience in model-based systems engineering (SysML)
  • Knowledge of use cases/function chains in military communications systems
  • You can think functionally and are capable to see and understand the big picture
  • You master tools for requirements management (e.g. JAMA, DOORS) model-based systems engineering and testing (e.g. CAMEO, EA)
  • Willingness to take on responsibility in a multidisciplinary team working on trendsetting technologies in a future-oriented environment
  • Knowledge in aerospace standards (e.g. DO-178C, DO-254) is a plus
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile
