Tasks

• Enhance HR systems and processes focusing on Switzerland.
• Manage key HR systems like payroll, ensuring smooth operations.
• Optimize processes and data flows with stakeholders., * Together with your colleagues from HR and Business, you develop and improve systems and processes - with a focus on Switzerland.
• You take on the technical responsibility for selected HR systems (such as time tracking, payroll, and others) and handle release, incident, and request management.
• You contribute your process understanding, optimize workflows and data flows, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• You support reporting and analytics, especially in the area of Compensation & Benefits, and apply your good sense for data quality and numbers purposefully.
• You successfully implement concepts and projects in the area of HR applications, always keeping customer benefit and impact in focus.

• Experience in HR-IT or payroll systems is ideal; project management expertise required.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages a plus., * Ideally, you bring initial experience in HR IT and system landscapes and have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (especially Payroll), SAP HCM, or time tracking systems (E3 is an advantage).
• Alternatively, you already have solid professional experience in payroll or time tracking topics and are motivated to familiarize yourself with technical contexts and systems.
• You have extensive experience in project and process management and can drive these forward with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Analytical skills and strong Excel skills are among your strengths.
• A passion and strong affinity for digitalization including conception, system implementation, and development characterize you.
• You communicate fluently in German and English; any additional language is an advantage.
