IT Project Lead - Regulatory Transaction Reporting & Client Tax Reporting 100% - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.12.2026 with possible extension)

• Ensure proper requirement management
• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
• Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards
• Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations

Do you have experience in Jira?, * Experience in managing projects with respective CTB Budgets > 1mCHF in classic methodology

• Solid technical foundation with knowledge of Java, data integration principles, and application development
• Strong technical background with an understanding of Java, as well as data integration and application development
• Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
• Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
• Able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Sound skills in Jira and Confluence
• Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
