Tasks

• Support stakeholders in backlog prioritization and requirements alignment.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and smooth solution handover., We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage the implementation of the Personal Account Transaction (PAT) Suite., * Support business stakeholders in backlog prioritization, requirement engineering and alignment of requirements with existing functionality or functionality delivered by other initiatives
• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
• Project includes Flowable and Actico Business Rule technologies
• Guarantee compliance with Julius Baer's project governance framework, security policies, and minimum standards, particularly in relation to data privacy and regulatory requirements
• Ensure smooth handover of the solution to Operations and Support teams upon completion

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science required.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence with strong communication skills.
• Project management certification and fluency in English essential., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 1mCHF in classic methodology within financial institutions
• Compliance or Personal Account Transaction know-how of advantage
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
• Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently
• Sound skills in Jira and Confluence, agile way of working know-how e.g. ceremonies
• Good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, can-do spirit
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders as well as negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage
