Job description

  • Strategie & Planung: Du planst nicht nur den Status Quo, sondern die Zukunft. Du entwickelst IT-Strategien für unsere deutschen Standorte und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um.
  • Projektmanagement: Du leitest die Neueinführung von Software-Services und begleitest den gesamten Prozess - von der technischen Implementierung bis zur Schulung der User.
  • Multi-OS Support: Egal ob Windows Notebooks oder Apple Macs - du stellst sicher, dass die Client-Landschaft performant läuft (Installation, Konfiguration, Troubleshooting).
  • Infrastruktur & Netzwerk: Sicherstellung der Connectivity an allen Standorten (LAN, WiFi) und Wartung der lokalen Netzwerkkomponenten.
  • M365 & Cloud: Administration und Support der Microsoft 365 Umgebung sowie Integration neuer Cloud-Services.
  • Global Collaboration: Du agierst als Schnittstelle zur Global IT, übersetzt globale Vorgaben in lokale Maßnahmen und koordinierst Tickets im 2nd/3rd Level Bereich.

Requirements

  • Hintergrund: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine IT-Ausbildung Fachinformatiker.
  • Allrounder-Wissen: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows 11 UND macOS. Du fühlst dich in beiden Welten zuhause.
  • Strategischer Weitblick: Du hast Erfahrung darin, IT-Konzepte nicht nur auszuführen, sondern auch zu planen und strategisch zu bewerten.
  • Netzwerk-Know-how: Solides Verständnis von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN).
  • Organisationstalent: Erfahrung in der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen und im Projektmanagement.
  • Mobilität: Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen zu unseren deutschen Standorten.
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Englisch
