Job description
We are seeking an exceptional SharePoint Specialist to become a critical pillar of our Microsoft 365 operational excellence. In this high-impact role, you will help ensure the stability, performance, and availability of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business., Core Operations & Support
- Provide 2nd-level and intermediate 3rd-level technical support for Teams (including voice functionalities) and SharePoint Online.
- Act as primary operational backup for senior Teams and SharePoint experts during their absence.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues to minimize downtime.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online/OneDrive for Business.
- GERMAN SPEAKING MANDATORY
- Strong practical knowledge of Teams administration, including policies.
- Experience with Teams Voice (Direct Routing, PSTN, call queues, Operator Connect) is an advantage.
- Solid SharePoint Online administration skills including site collection management, permissions, and search configuration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and reporting.
- Good understanding of M365 services and Teams-SharePoint integration.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
