Job description
- Responsibility for the design, specification, implementation and verification of the FDIR (Failure, Detection, Isolation and Recovery) concept within the satellite
- Coordination with subsystem engineers, software developers, satellite systems engineering, operations and RAMS
- Focal point to the customer for Satellite FDIR
- Support system level design reviews
- Contribute to FDIR standardization process, identify innovative technologies suited for FDIR
Requirements
- A degree in engineering with a major in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering or compatible qualification
- Professional experience with satellite projects in phase B/C/D
- Self-managed, proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to team leadership as well as work in a team
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Fluency in German is desired (Language skills can be improved through company-facilitated trainings)
