Job description
We're looking for experienced IT & Network Support Engineers/Technicians who enjoy hands-on work and flexible schedules. If you're someone who prefers practical, on-site support tasks instead of a fixed desk job -this could be a perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
- Support onsite L1 & L2 IT/Networking activities
- Provide console access for routers, switches, and firewalls to remote teams
- Handle desktop, server, and rack component installations or replacements (HDDs, etc.)
- Offer user-level technical support and troubleshooting as needed
What We're Offering:
- Flexible, casual work - pick up tickets in your area based on your availability
- Pay - Hourly, Half-day, or Daily (based on assignment type)
- Work on weekdays or weekends, whatever suits your schedule
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS?, * Experience in desktop/system administration, customer support, and incident/change management
- Familiar with DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, LAN/WLAN setup, and subnetting
- Comfortable troubleshooting on Windows, Android, and iOS
- Certifications like ITIL or Windows Server Admin are highly valued
