Job description
- Provide first- and second-level support and resolve customer IT issues.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV-related issues.
- Communicate clearly and timely regarding issue status and resolution.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber.
- Provide basic support for Mac OS / Apple devices.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
- Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripherals.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Valid work permit for Switzerland (mandatory).
- Several years of experience in the IT field.
- Fluency in local language(s) and English (mandatory).
