Job description

  • Provide first- and second-level support and resolve customer IT issues.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV-related issues.
  • Communicate clearly and timely regarding issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber.
  • Provide basic support for Mac OS / Apple devices.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
  • Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripherals.
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Valid work permit for Switzerland (mandatory).

  • Several years of experience in the IT field.
  • Fluency in local language(s) and English (mandatory).
