Job description
The mission of the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is to contribute to EHL's current cloud transition, help the Digital Foundation team in maintaining operational continuity and help implement digital projects in the scope of EHL's education and hospitality framework.
What will you do?
- Manage and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 environments (IaaS / PaaS, Power Platform).
- Participate in the development of architecture, servers and SQL.
- Participate in the development of network architecture.
- Act as the technological contact for project managers on these platforms
- and promote them internally.
- Contribute to strengthening IT security for all company sites.
- Monitor and resolve incidents affecting the cloud and on-premise infrastructure and network.
- Participate in the evolution of the network and server infrastructure, on premise and on Azure, by suppliers and external partners.
- Maintain documentation to ensure deputizing between colleagues.
- Keep up to date with the latest Azure and Microsoft 365 trends and technologies.
Requirements
- You have a Master Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- You have certifications in the Microsoft 365 and/or Azure Administration (AZ 104, AZ 500). Certifications in other cloud platforms are a definite asset.
- You have 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar position.
- You have a solid understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Microsoft 365 and the Power platform.
- You have Experience in administering a Windows and Linux server environment on VMware.
- You have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- You have experience working with Scrum methodology, in Azure DevOps an asset.
- You have experience in on-premise infrastructure environment is an advantage.
- You have the ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- You have problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are fluent in French (C1) and in English (C1). German is a plus.
