• Acquisition of third-party funding (Innosuisse, EU, SNF, etc.) and development/expansion of research collaborations with industry and academia.
• Publication and dissemination of research results in international journals and conferences.
• Teaching in bachelor's and master's programs with a focus on process digitization (e.g., module management of Business Process Integration in the BSc Business Informatics).
• Co-design of continuing education (e.g., management of MAS Business Engineering, teaching individual contents in CAS Process Digitization).

• PhD in business informatics, AI, or related field required.
• Proven research experience and publication track record needed.
