Job description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Coach to help product development teams adopt DevOps and Agile best practices across the full SDLC. You will combine strong technical expertise with coaching and mentoring to improve delivery, autonomy, and quality in a large-scale IT environment., Coach and guide Agile teams to improve development, testing, deployment, and release practices Identify process pain points and define continuous improvement plans Promote best practices such as: CI/CD, BDD/TDD Software craftsmanship Agile testing & trunk-based development Work closely with development squads, DevOps coaches, and tooling teams Ensure effective use of DevOps platforms and tools

Technical Environment

CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, code quality & security tools Testing tools (unit, automation, performance) Development platforms: Java, JavaScript, iOS, Android

Required Profile

Strong experience with CI/CD implementation Solid development background with coaching experience Strong understanding of Agile & SDLC Experience with Git/SVN, artifact repositories (e.g. Nexus), scripting Familiar with Agile practices (story mapping, impact mapping)
