Job description
As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues within an environment of approximately 80 users. You will provide all-round IT support with a focus on infrastructure and networking., * First- and second-line IT support for approximately 80 users
- Support of Windows 11 workstations (hardware & software)
- Management and support of users, laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
- Basic management and monitoring of virtual servers
- Support with network- and infrastructure-related issues
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment
- Escalation of more complex issues when necessary
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and IT management
Requirements
Language Requirements: English (working language); knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus, * Strong IT foundation with broad, all-round knowledge
- Interest in or basic knowledge of: Networking (LAN/WAN, basic troubleshooting), IT infrastructure, virtualization
- Hands-on, eager to learn, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
