We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Power Platform Developer to drive our digital transformation initiatives. You will design, build, and optimize applications and workflows that support automation, efficiency, and innovation across the business.
In this role, you will work closely with data protection experts, who will define and provide the underlying rules and logic for many automation processes. Your task is to translate their requirements into effective digital solutions, ensuring that all tools are functional.
Your Mission:
- Design & Development: Build and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
- Workflow Automation: Implement workflows and processes based on logic provided by data protection experts.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with legal/GDPR colleagues to translate regulatory and compliance logic into technical solutions.
- Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with other enterprise applications (e.g., Archer, Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Custom Development: Where needed, extend low-code solutions with programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or C#).
- Project Ownership: Manage automation and digitalisation projects from concept to rollout, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and optimize existing solutions for scalability, security, and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI is a plus).
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
- Experience in automation, digitalisation, or process optimization projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving change.
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly way.
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
- Experience with databases (SQL, Dataverse).
- Multi-language coding skills beyond Power Platform (expands integration possibilities).
