Develop, implement, and maintain the technical components of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet business requirements Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions Provide 2nd line support, monitor and maintain system performance Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 technologies and best practices
Requirements
Profound experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL and security configuration Experience with integration tools and APIs Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
