Scrum Master

• Act as a Scrum Master in the cross-functional Tribe consisting of 3 teams
• Be a vital member of the Tribe Leadership and support the team in finding the right balance between innovative activities and operational requirements
• Facilitate Cross Tribe Collaboration and communication with key stakeholders
• Focus on team health and open communication, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
• Enable the teams to improve self-management, efficiency and productivity
• Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
• Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog

• Feel comfortable in handling various stakeholders from technical and non-technical side also in stressful and demanding situations
• Profound understanding and experience in agile methods, lean fundamentals and in facilitation of scrum ceremonies and meetings
• Experience in product discovery and agile scaling methods is a plus
• Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• People and communication skills to establish and improve the team setup
• Candidates should be resilient and capable of managing sensitivities under demanding circumstances and see themselves as a change agent
• Sound English skills to collaborate in an international setup, German skills are an advantage
