Senior Frontend Developer (f|m|d) - Hybrid Work

CASASOFT is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer.

We are the leading supplier of software products for real estate agents – serving over 1000 customers in Switzerland. Our business is
growing fast, and we are power-loading our tech team.

Challenging things you'll work on

• CASASOFT's core SaaS web application CASAONE
• Drive, in close coordination with the CTO, the development of the platform towards tech (state of the art) and manage alignment with product and business
• Develop new features and improve the existing functionalities
• Write clean, easily maintainable, modular code
• Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability (customer base is growing rapidly)
• Work in a distributed team

Our tech stack

• Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend: Symfony/api-platform, PHP, MySQL, Redis, AWS
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Services
• Tooling: Git, Jira, Sentry, Datadog

• Your contribution to the team includes

• You speak English (Level B2 / C1)
• You have excellent knowledge in Typescript 5+ years
• You are highly experienced in dealing with React, Vuejs
• Good knowledge of main API, MySQL databases, and Linux makes you shine
• You love to write clean, structured, and well-tested code
• You have an experience in Jest/Unit testing
• When faced with limits and ambiguity, you become more – not less – creative
• You enjoy developing in an agile and human way, with releases that take minutes, not hours
• You care about performance

• You have a flair for UI/UX & Product and an ambition to understand client needs and proactively suggest improvements
• Experience managing a team of developers is something that you are experienced in
• Advanced experience Jest/Unit testing
• Speaking German and French too would make you a true rock star
