Challenging things you'll work on

• You make sure that quality and testing are part of the development work from day one on by applying Shift Left approach
• You work closely with Product Owners, developers and other stakeholders in defining test cases and requirements
• You provide timely information to support corrective action and release decisions through regression and exploratory testing
• It is your job to continuously improve and upgrade software QA processes and methodologies
• The development and maintenance of UI and API regression tests are parts of your daily work
• You write clear and concise bug reports
• Work in a distributed team

What we expect from you

• You have natural curiosity and a continuous learning and experimental mindset
• You consider testing a challenging intellectual process and you know how testing creates value
• You have a good understanding of modern object-oriented programming languages such as PHP / React
• You have experience with automating API tests using REST Assured and UI using Playwright
• You are up to date with the latest trends in software development and testing
• You are familiar with CI/CD tools such as bitbucket pipeline or similar
• Your place of residence is in Switzerland
• You speak English (Level B2 / C1)
• When faced with limits and ambiguity, you become more – not less – creative
• You enjoy developing in an agile and human way, with releases that take minutes, not hours
• You care about performance

• You have a flair for UI/UX & Product and an ambition to understand client needs and proactively suggest improvements
• Speaking German and French too would make you a true rock star
