Job description

  • You will work with one or multiple products in terms of being fully accountable for the efficient, quality, and effective implementation and service operations, including support, incident management etc, of the technical deliverables that support the overarching product owner’s roadmap
  • You will work closely with the assigned product owners and all groups within the Digital Technology organization
  • You will provide technical domain knowledge, architectural leadership and coach the teams in ‘best in class’ standards for software engineering and operations
  • You will help the teams drive a cloud first agenda, adhere to modern software engineering principles, utilize the proper tools, and automate everything to enable the specified business outcomes
  • You will be the line manager for a team of software engineers with responsibility for the people processes such as recruitment, performance, competence, career development and health / welfare of co-workers
  • You will manage all technical resources and capacity plans within budget

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a software engineer with a similar level of experience/ knowledge in the specific tech stack for the particular product or platform
  • Extensive knowledge of software engineering practices including BDD, TDD, test automation, DevOps, code versioning, with knowledge and experience of using industry-standard toolsets
  • Proven ability of agile working and continuous improvement within the software engineering function, encouraging simplicity, efficiency, ownership and accountability
  • You have the ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop team members
  • You change direction as appropriate based on new ideas, approaches, and strategies. You collaborate with others (incl. virtual) to achieve goals
  • Willingness to work in our beautiful offices in Malmö or Helsingborg
